Student Senate Information:

The Student Senate is your official voice in the shared governance process here at Cabrillo and we are eager to hear from you! The Student Senate begins Fall 2023 semester on September 7, 2023. We are looking forward to an exciting year of student activities and engagement opportunities. The Student Senate 2023-24 Goals:

• Use office hours to support students and increase awareness and visibility of the Student Senate

• Promote student engagement by collaborating with campus resources and support programs that offer classroom presentations

• Advocacy for campus-wide communication and collaboration through knowledge and resource sharing for students

Fall 2023 Meeting Information:

The Student Senate meets on weekly basis for the Leadership and Development training-which is set for Thursday's at 3PM. We would also like to mention that the Senate meetings are open to the public at 3:30PM in SAC East 225 (Welcome Center building). Members of the public have an option to join the meeting virtually using this zoom link .
